There are several methods to calculate your ring size. The easiest and most accurate way, especially if you don't have a ring for the chosen finger, is at a jewelry store.
Other methods to find out your size:
- - Choose a ring that fits on the chosen finger
- - Measure its internal diameter in MM with a regular ruler (image of the ring and how-to)
- - Look for the mm column in our size guide. It will take you to the size you need. If you are in between two sizes, take the bigger one.
It is very important that you only measure the inside diameter starting from the middle (exact half) of the circumference of the ring as we show on the picture above. If you also measure the outside diameter, it will give you the wrong measurement. If you measure it above or below the middle, it will give you the wrong size too.

To buy on a pre-order basis means that you will help to contribute to stop the worlds overproduction and to reduce contamination in several ways, so will we. Pre- order means limited quantities and conscious spending by exclusively producing what it will be purchased. At we are Candelaria we believe in exclusivity, uniqueness and conscious spending, therefore we trust that this makes your jewels even more special as they will be exclusively handcrafted for you.

18k recycled pure gold
We exclusively manufacture in 18k recycled gold. Why? Because it is the highest quality of gold and the most resistant. 18k gold jewelry has 18/24 parts of gold and 6/24 parts of other metals, making it the highest quality of gold you can work into jewels as well as the most precious and resistant.
Why recycled? By using recycled gold we reduce our impact on the environment, as we are creating new pieces by reusing old jewelry. This seems to us that in addition to being sustainable makes it all even more special, giving your jewelry an extra value and story.
Lab-grown diamonds
All our diamonds are lab-grown diamonds. Why? Because the result we obtain from a lab-grown diamond compared to a mined one is identical in color, cut, karat, and clarity. Both lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds are made of pure carbon in the same crystalline cubic shape. The difference? Some have been created naturally and the others in a laboratory. The biggest difference is that the last ones have zero environmental and ethical impact.

Your jewelry will never lose or change color even if you wear it every day, wet it ... 18k gold never loses its color. However, gold can lose its luster depending on the water it is immersed in (any water free of chemicals is completely safe) and can scratch, but this is part of the story they will tell. For this reason, we always recommend you to treat your jewelry with care as any other belonging you care for.
We recommend cleaning your jewelry with warm water adding a few drops of a mild soap solution. Then rub gently with a soft toothbrush, rinse and dry thoroughly.
We advise that you do not put or bring your jewellery too close to platforms or surfaces with high temperatures, since gold has a low melting point and the jewellery could be deformed.
Sustainability is fundamental for us and one of our brand pillars. At we are Candelaria we think that our jewels should not harm what gives us the most, the earth. Thus;
- We manufacture your pieces exclusively on a pre-order basis aiming to contribute to reduce the over-production and pollution of the planet in addition to creating and producing only what will be consumed.
- We only produce in 18k recycled gold, which makes it possible to end the discharge into the water of substances such as cyanide or mercury, which are necessary in the gold extraction process.
- We use laboratory diamonds, which have identical characteristics to mined ones in terms of color, cut, karat and clarity.
- Our packaging is recyclable and plastic free.
We cannot say we are 100% sustainable yet, but we are definitely working towards it.
Returns
At we are Candelaria we believe in sustainable spending and final decisions, yet we understand that you can change your mind, we all do. If so, we are willing to make returns on rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces within 14 days of the delivery of your order. The return of customized jewelry is also not accepted. To proceed with the refund, the product must first have been received and processed in our office.
If you want to make a return, send us an email at hello@wearecandelaria.com and we will advise you on how to proceed. Remember that the product must be in perfect condition and kept in the original packaging. Please kindly also remember that the shipping costs for returns are covered by the client. We advise you to use a safe method of shipping either through a courier or registered mail, in addition to obtaining a tracking number and proof of shipment. We do not take responsibility of the package and its content in the case that it gets lost or suffer any other inconvenience before reaching our office.
Once the return is approved, you will receive the initial amount minus the cost of the initial shipment in the same way in which you made your purchase. Remember that the refund timing always depends on your bank, and that processing your return can take us between five and ten days so please be patient.
Our products are guaranteed against any damage that is due to defects in materials or the manufacturing process and that arises for a period of 2 years from receipt of the product. In the event that the jewel has been altered by another jeweler, goldsmith or person outside of We are Candelaria (Candelaria Limited), we will not be responsible for the product regardless of whether it is within the warranty period or not. The warranty does not cover wear & tear, scratches or damage caused by misuse or care of the jewel.
Exchanges
We exclusively accept exchanges on rings if the size you have ordered doesn´t fit you. You have five days after the arrival of your order to process and ship the exchange.
In the event that the exchange is made in Spain mainland & the UK, the shipping cost will be covered by we are Candelaria, making this product non-refundable. If you wish to exchange your jewel one more time, the shipping cost will be covered by the client and it will be a final purchase therefore no more refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Returns are not accepted after an exchange has been made.
Our jewellery is manufactured on a pre-order basis and shipped via Nacex and DHL. The approximate indicative delivery time is between 10 and 30 business days in Europe and US and can be extended from 2 to 6 weeks in the UK due to Brexit. The term may vary in other countries due to external circumstances. In case you need to receive your order in a shorter time, write to us at hello@wearecandelaria.com and we will try to accommodate your request. If, for reasons beyond our control, we cannot deliver your order within the maximum indicative period established, we will contact you to agree on a new delivery date.
No shipments can be made to post office boxes.

Our shipments have full insurance coverage against loss, damage and theft.
